Location evaluation

1. When evaluating a land or location, the following elements are taken into account:

• Phyisical characteristics (surface, shape, location, access to utilities)
• Geographical positioning relative to the cardinal points
• Future development prospects
• Form of ownership and legal status of the land (private property, forest fund, reservation, protected area etc.)

Topographic survey of the trees in the location

• the survey is done in order to know their positioning in space, the distances between them and the altitude level differences.
• it helps in identifying viable trees in the phytosanitary study and for rope courses planning

Phytosanitary evaluation of trees, obtaining permits and designing courses

• Identifying and deciding the ideal structure of the park (number of courses, entry points, difficulty levels, zip lines, tree houses)
• Performing tree strength calculations
• Drafting the documents necessary to obtain the construction permit (if necessary, only for artificial structures)

Construction of the rope course

• Trimming the trees that will be used to make the courses
• All the necessary elements are prepared to the specific dimensions in our production center in Sovata, Mureș County
• All the ready to install components are transported to the location

Purchasing the safety equipments

• Depending on the number of courses and elements (games), we decide the number of safety equipments needed for children and adults
• We will propose to the beneficiary a variety of options for purchasing equipment (quantities, price, manufacturer)

Staff training and support for opening

• We hold a training course for the staff responsible for the adventure park
• We attend the opening ceremony and make sure everything is working properly
